Mark Grange is a very large garden centre and retail outlet powered by steam from one of the 8 steam engines attached – it should be possible to see all of them in steam on this visit.
Our visit is a rare opportunity to see small batch casting towards the end of a production day.
In this visit we shall see what goes into the production of medal ribbons, cap badges, even weapon cleaning cloths.
