Visit to the National Railway Museum

The association members were invited to see a private collection of very rare Jowett cars.
Jowett Cars Limited was a motorcar manufacturer based in Bradford.

We visited CarnaudMetalbox Engineering (CMB) in Wortley, Leeds.

(CMB Engineering) design, develop and manufacture high-performance metal forming and finishing machinery.

John Reddyhoff the engineer responsible for the railway’s fleet gave us a guided tour of the workshops at Haworth.

We visited this this family owned business in Huddersfield that was founded in 1864. With 140 employees, who have a wealth of skills, knowledge, experience and insight.

Produmax manufacture precision parts and assemblies for the aerospace industry.

Wishbone Brewery are a small British brewery, they brew fine cask and keg beers.

They are based in what was the Sir James Hill Textiles mill.
