Visit to CMB Shipley

The Keighley Association of Engineers is pleased to announce our October event in our 2024 syllabus, a visit to CarnaudMetalbox Engineering – Shipley.

CarnaudMetalbox Engineering (CMB Engineering) design, develop and manufacture high-performance metal forming and finishing machinery for the production of beverage, food and aerosol cans. This visit will include a tour of the newly updated manufacturing facilities at their Shipley Plant. This is an opportunity to see state-of-the-art manufacturing and one not to missed.

You will need to wear high vis clothing, ear protection, industrial footwear and eyewear – if you need help with this, please let me know what you need when you book so that CMB can provide this (Please give your size if appropriate).

Please book places by letting me know you are attending. The company needs all names before the date.
